Usborne Books with Jenni – Supporting friends through the world of books

I have always loved Usborne Books selections, their range is so huge from baby’s board books to education resources to children’s fiction and the best of all, young adult fiction. Thankfully my friend Jenni has recently become an ambassador, so I can pick up the great selection of books from her!

About Usborne Books

As mentioned, Usborne have an amazing range of books. Long standing followers of this blog would love their Young Adult selection. The fantastic Holly Bourne is one of their most popular authors and with great reason. Her work is amazing. There is also a great range of fiction for younger children too. From picture books you can read to babies, to first stories for those learning to read and middle grade fiction for 8+ to get themselves lost in. Educational books for children feature highly too. There is everything from first words to learning about what happens to the body during puberty – written to entertain while educating.

About Usborne Books with Jenni

Jenni is a fellow blogger and used to live in the North West, just down the road from our old house. As we moved further north Jenni took the plunge on a new life in France. Her blog is great if you want to check that out. Now an Usborne Books ambassador, she is ready to help you find your perfect book. Jenni can be contacted via Facebook and Instagram and the catalogue of books can be found on Jenni’s webshop here. What’s more, there’s a giveaway on her Facebook/Instagram too at the moment! If you have a gift to buy for a relative or friends child, Jenni will help you find the perfect book for their age and interest.

Our first book choices

As mentioned the selection of books at Usborne is awesome. Jenni has kindly ordered us two books – one for me and one for Spike. I have chosen All The Places I’ve cried by Holly Bourne as I’m desperate to read it. For Spike I have picked up The Unicorn Stories book which is aimed at level 1 first readers. I am trying to build up a little collection of books she can pick up when she becomes confident enough to read alone and these totally look like her kind of thing!

If you are after some books to keep yourself or your kids entertained during lockdown definitely head over to Jenni’s webshop here

Disclaimer: I was sent the two books mentioned from Jenni’s catalogue in exchange for this post. All opinions are my own.
