Letterbox Love (#35): The Ouch Edition…

Welcome to Letterbox Love, this is a UK meme, hosted by the lovely Lynsey at Narratively Speaking and inspired by The Story Siren’s In My Mailbox. This post is a means by which to highlight the books we get in the post and beyond, and especially to bring attention to those books which may be sat on our shelves for a little while yet that we love all the same.

So last week I was in London and didn’t get round to doing a Letterbox Love, so this weeks post is about the books I got in the past two weeks. There were a lot. I got a fair few unsolicited review copies, a few which I did request and I bought a fair few books too… including a couple that aren’t in the above picture.
The books are as follows and links will take you to Goodreads so you can find out more! Thanks for stopping by and I hope you see something you like!
For Review:
Thank you to David Fickling Books, Templar, Penguin, Walker, Headline, Strange Chemistry, MiraInk and Harper Voyager for these books. Also pictured is a catalogue from Electric Monkey about their upcoming titles and Hornsly, a gift sent from Michelle from Much Loved Books.

For Review:
Most of these were unsolicited, however it does not make them unwanted. Thank you goes to Walker, Corgi, Quercus, MiraInk, Random House and Chicken House.

Bought & Gifted:
In London I took it upon myself to introduce my sister to Foyles and Daunt books, I got most of these there however Linger was bought at a Maggie Stiefvater signing at Waterstones Deansgate in Manchester, as was Girl, Missing which the wonderful Caitlin from The Cait Files bought me as a gift.
I also visited the National History Museum in London and couldn’t resist Topsy the Triceratops!

I can’t believe how many books you got! In 2 weeks?!
I’m really excited for Drummer Girl! And the Hit, and Acid. Lots of very good books!
Lots of bloggers are getting Noble Conflict this week, and I’m very jealous! I love the teaser cover 🙂
And Heroic and Monkey Wars both sound good, ones I haven’t heard of before.
I’m quite glad there are some YA suspense novels kicking about, and the Night She Disappeared is one I’ve got my eye on 🙂
Glad you had a great time in London, you must have had to bring a suitcase just for books!
