It’s a dog’s life in the big city but there’s someone who doesn’t quite fit in. It’s lonely being the odd dog out, so she packs her case and travels around the world to try to find her place in it. Maybe it’ll take a different kind of journey for her to discover that the place she’s meant to be is right back where she started.

I absolutely adore this picture book. I think its quite possibly one of my favourite of all time… and I keep reading it to Spike because she seems to enjoy it too!

Its all about one dog who doesn’t fit in. She goes on a quest to find somewhere she belongs. But not everything is as simple as that and she soon realises that maybe, just maybe, where she was was where she belonged.

Its about celebrating the differences in people, not calling them out for them. Its about being who you want to be and living life how you want to live it. Its about being you, and no one else. And that’s my mantra for life so f course I was gunna long this book.

Its also about sausage dogs… which are by far the best dogs in the world. And its BRIGHT and COLOURFUL! I want more colour in my life! Rob Biddulph is a fantastic author and illustrator and I want to own al of his books as they are so much fun! Just take a look at the cover and tell me you don’t want to read that!

What’s more… its being read by Tom Hardy on CBeebies’ Bedtime Stories this week… and I’m so glad because I know SO MANY mums will be tuning in to watch that for Tom… and hopefully they will love it and want to buy it too!

So yeah… I couldn’t shout it any louder. I LOVE THIS BOOK! Buy it and cherish it because it is fantastic!
