Letterbox Love (#27)

Welcome to Letterbox Love, this is a UK meme, hosted by the lovely Lynsey at Narratively Speaking and inspired by The Story Sirens In My Mailbox, where we highlight the books we got in the post and beyond.

I’m testing out the blogger app for iPhone and to be honest, it’s not great but as I can’t really get into my computer today we will just have to put up with it… I can’t really link to goodreads or anything sorry!

This week I got the fabulous Declaration series by Gemma Malley! It looks amazing and I’ve been wanting to read it for ages when Bloomsbury got in touch about review copies of the new cover versions I just had to say yes! Thanks Bloomsbury!

The Declaration – Gemma Malley
The Resistance – Gemma Malley
The Legacy – Gemma Malley

  • So pretty aren’t they? I can’t wait to get stuck in. And I love your dinosaur 🙂

  • Mel

I love these new covers as well – very pretty! 🙂

  • I looove the new covers. Like, bah. I loove simplistic covers so much! I got these this week too. Hope they’re really good reads! From what I hear, having them all at once is a good thing 😀

  • I liked the old covers. I think it set then apart from all the dark covers we are seeing so much at the moment. These look like the adult covers for the unger games.

I think this was the first series I read when I started at Waterstones several years ago now and there was something about the books that really bugged me. I’m not sure what though, I was 50/50 about them.

I hope you enjoy your new reads 🙂

  • I love these covers, I have Declaration but with the old cover, I may have to pick up the new covers at some point.

    Check out my haul

  • I got these too!

    My Haul! Letterbox Love!

  • I received these too, but only the 2nd and 3rd as I already own the 1st. Aren’t the covers just gorgeous?! <3

  • I got these too! Love the new covers <3

  • Ah, I love this series – didn’t know they were getting a new cover. Such lovely covers!
I wouldn’t recommend this book enough, especially if you love some dystopian 🙂

  • oh very nice! I agree with Bungle though that the black 50 shades-esque covers are starting to get boring. I’ve just read the Killables by Gemma Malley, you should definately read it if you enjoy these!
