Remember my review of The Strange Case of Origami Yoda? Well the two book series is soon to become three but Tom Angleberger and Abrams and Chronicle want our help to work out which character should be folded next!
There's a pool of Star Wars characters over at  www.origamiyoda.com/poll and you can choose your favourite one.

Burn Mark Cover Reveal.

Hooked On Books revealed this cover at their launch last week and I missed it out of my news but isn't it awesome? I love the firey circle and it appears very witch-y, as the book is!

Glory is from a family of witches and lives beyond the law. She is desperate to develop her powers and become a witch herself. Lucas is the son of the Chief Prosecutor for the Inquisition - the witches' mortal enemy - and his privileged life is very different to the forbidden world that he lives alongside.

And then on the same day, it hits them both. Glory and Lucas develop the Fae - the mark of the witch. In one fell stroke, their lives are inextricably bound together, whether they like it or not . . . (taken from Bloomsbury)

I think we should campaign to have more book and blog events in the North - preferably in the North West. In Preston actually. Any ideas where we start? There's a few of us up here and there must someone who's willing to travel up here!
